Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Qkkie, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. When we make changes, we'll update the "Last Updated" date and notify you through the platform. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Eligibility

To use Qkkie, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
• Reside in the United States, Canada, or United Kingdom
• Not have been previously banned from the platform

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Account Registration

When you create an account:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may not create an account using someone else's information or impersonate another person. One person may only maintain one active account.

User Conduct

You agree to use Qkkie responsibly and not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use fake photos or impersonate others
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Solicit money or financial information from users
• Promote prostitution, sex trafficking, or illegal services
• Share sexually explicit content with non-consenting users
• Spam or send unsolicited bulk messages
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Content Guidelines

When posting profile content, photos, or messages:

• You must own or have rights to any content you upload
• Photos must be of you and reasonably recent
• No nudity or sexually explicit images in public profiles
• No illegal content, hate speech, or violent imagery
• No copyrighted material without permission
• No personal information of other people (phone numbers, addresses)

By posting content, you grant Qkkie a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the platform.

Safety and Meetings

Qkkie facilitates introductions between adults. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users:

• We don't conduct background checks on users
• Always meet first-time connections in public places
• Tell a friend where you're going and who you're meeting
• Trust your instincts and leave if you feel uncomfortable
• Never share financial information or send money
• Report suspicious behavior immediately

While we work to maintain a safe platform, we cannot guarantee the conduct of users you meet through Qkkie. Use common sense and prioritize your safety.

Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Commercial Solicitation: Offering or advertising sexual services for money
• Scams: Romance scams, phishing, or financial fraud
• Minors: Any content involving or soliciting minors
• Non-consensual Content: Sharing intimate images without consent
• Hate Speech: Content promoting discrimination or violence
• Data Harvesting: Collecting user data for other purposes

Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

Privacy and Data

Your use of Qkkie is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the platform, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

Free Service

Qkkie is currently free to use. We reserve the right to:

• Introduce optional paid features in the future
• Display advertisements on the platform
• Modify or discontinue features at any time

If we introduce paid features, existing users will not be required to pay to maintain current functionality.

Intellectual Property

Qkkie and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform or content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove copyright or trademark notices
• Use our name or branding without permission

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your behavior threatens user safety
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
• We're required to do so by law

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Disclaimers

Qkkie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The platform will always be available or error-free
• All profiles are accurate or authentic
• You will meet compatible people or form relationships
• The platform is free from viruses or harmful code
• Your use will meet your specific requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qkkie and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Interactions or meetings with other users
• Loss of data or account access
• Emotional distress or harm
• Financial losses from scams or fraud
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability for any claims related to Qkkie shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0 for free users).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qkkie from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the platform
• Your interactions with other users
• Content you post on the platform
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Qkkie shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against Qkkie.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Qkkie operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
